The Regional was built around a simple belief: the best food starts before the kitchen. We partner directly with farms in Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky — places that grow things worth cooking.
Our menu rotates every six weeks. Not because it’s trendy — because it’s honest.

Ramps, morels, snap peas, spring onions, strawberries, soft-shell crab. Menu runs through June 8th.
